Good morning everyone.  Tanya your menu sounds yummy.  I have been trying to kick that sweet tooth to the curb, and so far it is working.  Yesterday I had a clean eating day, and hopefully today will be the same.  I went to a yoga class yesterday and loved it, I will definitely be going back again.  One hour of gentle yoga was a good start for me.

Today it's swimming, coffee with a friend, tidying up the house and probably snowblowing the driveway.  I should have cleaned the driveway yesterday, but that wind was so bitter.

S. Maybe a latte

D. Poached salmon, green beans, crab stuffed jalapenos, and a little Hollandaise to help it go down.

S. Little bit of mixed fresh fruit with some Greek Yogurt for dipping

Have a great day everyone and stay warm

Cc do you make the crab stuffed jalapeños?

No Monica I bought these. I think it's just cream cheese crab and green onions stuffed into jalapeño halves and topped with mozzarella

Morning all :)

Looks like we got a little snow here too - not much, thankfully, but enough to make my drive to work a long one with stooped drivers. lol Off to work for the morning, a couple of errands to run this afternoon and going out to dinner with a friend who is about 3 years post-op. The restaurant has a fabulous angus steak salad (among other yummy dishes) which will be dinner. Not sure what else I'm doing - likely another early bedtime, this getting up at 5 each morning is tiring!

8.5 years post-op

- coffee with cream x 3 over the morning -

B - Premier protein shake (sipping as I write)

S - 1/2 apple, Greek yogurt

L - 3 oz tuna with mayo and green onions, lettuce, cucumber wrapped in a small flour tortilla

S - Chike protein iced coffee

D - angus steak salad (grilled steak, mixed greens, raw and sautéed veggies, a little dressing on the side) ETA: Just checked the menu online since I haven't been there in a while - new chicken quinoa salad, may have that instead.

S - not sure yet, maybe a little leftover dinner if I'm empty, London fog if I'm not and just "want something warm"

Have a good one,

K. :)
