I've been known to have a little ketchup with eggs.  In the past, I've had ketchup with chicken (my mother cooked the chicken until it was very dry) and ketchup with Mac and Cheese.

Good morning, you are up early today! I am also having issues with posting but the posts do eventually show up after a time delay it seems.

Out into the deep freeze for work this morning and will be working late due to meeting scheduling issues - hooray. I cant wait to stay late on a Monday.  Not much else in the plan today - home for dinner and pajamas. Will bring an extra snack for late afternoon.

8.5 years post-op

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day -

B - Premier protein shake

S - plain Greek yogurt with homemade strawberries stirred in (glad this is just about gone, not enjoying the strawberries as much, will make another batch of cranberries tonight)

L - California roll (4 pieces - rather carby to be honest, a rare treat on my menu), 3 shrimp dipped in ****tail sauce (room in my gut dependant)

S - crustless quiche, 1 oz old cheddar melted on top

D - pulled pork, coleslaw (that's the plan anyway, may just have some more shrimp instead with the coleslaw)

S - likely just coffee with cream

Have a good one,

K. :)
