Good morning everyone.  Saw the movie Inside Out, it was really cute, yes, I cried!  Today will be spent at work doing my job and practicing being kind to myself.  Cc, one thing I do is I put a few visual cues around my work area.  I have a little gift to remind me to stay in the present.  At home I write positive and inspirational messages in dry erase on my mirrors and windows.  On my phone in notes I have a list of inspiration and things that I have learned.  Also keep a gratitude list in my phone notes, helps during hard times to appreciate the good things.

Morning all,

still not feeling well, went to Dr yesterday. Apparently its a viruse, she suggested the BRAT Diet for a few days (banana, rice, apple sauce, toast). Iwill do the BRAT Diet sparingly w/ a little added protein.

Eats will be very light, will be drinking lots of water and PowerAde Zero.

Hope everyone is well

Tanya

Good morning!

I agree that sausage sounds questionable :)

A very rough sleep last night, I kept waking up from back pain (chronic disk issues). Around 4am I promised myself I would make an appointment for physio to work on it. Hopefully today won't be too intense at work considering how tired I am.

Morning all. Went for the ultrasound on my legs yesterday and i think i'm all clear as they didn't say anything. They are a bit better today so hopefully, they continue going down. Been trying to get my car in for servicing since school is just round the corner (i'm so excited) and started packing a bit at a time. I do have to say things are moving in the right direction now :).

Nice to see you have coping techniques in place Z. You have some good tips there. Sorry you're still not feeling well Tanya, hope you get better soon. Hope everyone else is well.
