Thanks CC, i'll try. I've noticed that i've been getting really tired lately but still feel the need to keep going. I know it's not good for the long run but, i'll definitely try to slow down.

Sorry you are still not getting a full nights sleep CC!   Have you ever tried melatonin?  I use a melatonin spray and it has really made a difference for me.

I tried melatonin tablets and I was able to fall asleep, but then I would wake up a few hours later.  I've never tried the melatonin spray though.  Benadryl Nighttime usually knocks me out for the whole night, but then I am drowsy in the mornings when I go swimming.

You have some really good protein choices, and you are only 5 weeks post op.  Well done.

Thanks...I am open to any feedback from the vets. I am averaging about 700 calories, 80-100g of protein, and 25-35g of carbs...which seems to be okay so far.

While I am not a vet (just over 1 year post op) I will say that I think you are doing great.

I am a vet (9.5 years out). And I think your stats are perfect.
