Good morning! Looks like another beautiful day shaping up!  Tonight I'm starting baseball! Missed the first 2 games and will take it easy tonight. 

4 weeks post-op

B - 1 egg and cheese slice

S - deli turkey and cheese string

L - curry chicken 

D - meatloaf

totals cal 825, carbs 52, protein 86

Good morning.

Off to the hospital this morning to meet with my aunt's doctor. Then painting our hallway again -- hopefully we can get paint on the walls as the trim is basically done. So close!!

Saturday we are hosting a family bbq so I need to start preparing for that... wash chairs, cleaning the house, etc. Lots to do in the next few days.

Breakfast - turkey, yogurt

Snack - protein bar

Lunch - chili, cheese

Snack - egg, pickle

Snack - pepperettes, pudding

Dinner - steak, veggies

Snack - protein cake

All water and vits.

Painting trim is the worst job! I have some to do myself and I've been procrastinating. Good luck getting all your work done!

Good morning everyone. Enjoy your baseball tonight Ginny.

Work then biking home. Women's group tonight. I am bringing a meditation tape. I could use the time myself right now. It is funny but we no longer have a  portable cd player to take to the meeting. I am going to use an old laptop.

DH is cooking. I asked for chicken but we will see what he gets up to. almost stayed on menu yesterday until DH came home. He brought home my favourite lemon gelato. I had a small amount. Staying on plan is doubly hard when people are tempting me

Morning all. Beautiful day out there. Nothing planned yet, but hope to do something fun today. Will go for Zumba tonight and dance away, lol. Have fun at baseball Ginny, try not to push too hard.

2yrs post op

B - 3oz steak, 1/3 cup spiral zucchini with onions and peppers (last night dinner was delish)

S - 2 oz chicken breast

L - 3oz pork chop, 1/3 cup green beans

S - 1 cup almond milk

D - 1/4 cup lean ground beef burger on 100 cal dinner roll with all the fixings 

S - pumpkin pancake

Calories: 853, carbs 32, fat, 45, protein 81

Just curious, I am pre-op....how are you tracking your protein and carbs?  do you have an app of some sort??
