I'm almost 4 Months out, and am in a stall. I've held the same weight for two weeks - up a pound, down a pound...

Any vets have some stall breaking tips?

I'm not upset I've stalled. I'd just like to move along back to losing as soon as possible.

(I'm not upset I've stalled because I'm down 82lbs since starting Opti Mid April.  A stall was bound to happen!)

Try changing up your routine. Eat different foods and a few more calories one day then go lower cals the next day. I find when I "overeat" I lose weight. We tend to eat the same foods day in day out. Our bodies like a change. Good luck.  You've done great so far!!

You can try increasing your protein and water, and lowering your carbs.  Sometimes the body will hold on to fluid as it adjusts during weight loss.  Weight loss seems to be more of a step process rather than constant.

Hey congrats on your progress so far. Just keep what your doing stick to the plan. I am 3 months post op and I have stalled many times. You're body needs to re adjust and you should notice results in other places other than the scale. Usually after my stalls I loose weight pretty quickly.

KEEP IT MOVING !!!
