For those going into surgery...

I had my surgery at TWH on May 6th. This morning when I got on the scale, I was officially....

100.2 lbs down!!!! (From the start of Opti.)

I still have 86.7lbs to go to goal, but I am a heck of a lot closer than I was just 5 months ago!

I'm so thankful and so grateful for this fresh start!!!!

Great job. Good for you for making the most of your honeymoon phase. I have no doubt you will make goal.

CENTURY CLUB MEMBER at 6 months post-op.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Oh my that is wonderful, you have done an amazing job. 100.2 lbs in 5 month you must be so proud of yourself.
