Hi there,

I was a lightweight when I started as well.  I'm told that we will lose slower than those that have more weight to lose.  I stalled at month 6, didn't lose a pound.  And the last month (month 10), nothing either.  Trying to change things up to get the scale moving again.

Hang in there, stalls are common.  Stay the course and you'll start losing again.

Edited to add if you haven't taken your measurements in a while  you should do them (or start doing them).  You're body is changing even if the scale isn't cooperating.

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!
