I have been done with all my appointments for a month now and just waiting for a call with a surgercial orientation date. I thought it was supposed to move quickly once the appointments were done??

What Leeann said! Not familiar with the process for Thunder Bay, but would definitely call and even if they don't have a date for you, try asking when you can expect to hear back.
