Thank you for explaining and thats a good idea about carrying the decaf packets. Especially if going some place amd there is no decaf available. I always carried sweetner but didnt think of decaf coffee, where do you buy the single serve packets?

They were selling Folgers Decaf single serving packets in my grocery store, but now they only sell the caffeinated. Check your grocery store, they may stock them. Now I buy them when I go to the US (I stock up). You can also buy Via Decaf in single serving from Starbucks (a bit pricey). The restaurant where I go every week has single serve Sanka. I will ask them where they get it.

as everyone has stated, it can dehydrate and it can lead to ulcers -- good plan on cutting back its not easy! i have an ulcer -- i drink decaf all the time UNLESS i havent been to the washroom in a few days, i grab a medium timmies and im good!! BUT that being said it really irritates the ulcer when i have a regular coffee... to me, now its NOT worth it!!!!
