What are you eating/doing Wednesday?
Good morning all. Still a little too cold for me for camping. Enjoy Ginny.
Work today. After our trip this fall I think I will start to look at retiring. I just do not have the patience for the OT I do work for. I get all about privacy but she often teaches classes so over thinks everything to the nth degree.
I was up in the night with pain in my knee. Ended up eating some yogurt. I will list it as my breakfast but it was at 1:00am this morning.
b greek yogurt, go lean cereal
l chili, dill pickle, yogurt
s 2 baby bel
d chicken, salad
s laughing cow and crackers
I'm now starting to feel hunger and fulliness so that's a great thing. I didn't think it happened so fast but I'm happy it did for me because it does help me. I found Monday I was super hungry but yesterday not so much. Before surgery I was just hungry all the time. I can still only eat 1/2-3/4 cup of food at a time which helps things. :) I'm going for lunch with a networking group I belong to so my choices are pretty limited. Can't really have salad yet because the lettuce is hard for me so I have gone for chicken wings (boneless) and I'm going to dip it into the sauce so I limit it. Then we are rushing off after work to my son's baseball and won't be home until after 8pm so it's a eat and run type of day. I'm putting in the naked burrito but if I find the time/energy I may make a cheese omelet.
B: Premier Protein
L: 2 boneless wings
D: Naked bean and cheese burrito (so rice, green peppers, salsa, beans and cheese only) 3/4 cup at most of this and sometimes 1/2 cup . I'm thinking 1/2 cup because I'll have a bunch of protein at lunch.
Cals: 595, Protein 51 and carbs 29
