Post Op 15 + mos

Good morning everyone. Hope you all had a great weekend. Even the long weekend seemed too short, le sigh.

Didn't do any planning yesterday, my bad. Through some stuff in my lunch bag this morning before heading out to the gym.

So the day is a little wonky.

B - pot roast

S - HB eggs

L - sheperds pie

S - yogurt and blue berries

D - no idea yet!

No totals yet either.....geesh I best get my head in the game for tomorrow!

Good morning,

Back to work after the long weekend. Sunday was beautiful and we had a family barbecue - fun for the kids and relaxing for the adults.

B - protein shake and black decaf.

S - 1/4 protein bar

L - 3/4 cup 1% cottage cheese

S - 1/4 protein bar

D - Grilled chicken breast - 2 oz.

S - Skyr and unsweetened applesauce

Calories: 645, Protein: 84, Carbs: 37. All water and vitamins.
