One week out and a TMI question...
I rarely post here, but I'm kind of freaked out!
I am one week post op and just woke up to terrible diarrhea. Wasn't too concerned, as I've been experiencing this since day 3. But, this time the diarrhea is black, which in all my middle of the night research says internal bleeding. Yikes. Now I just feel kind of gassy and unwell, but I also don't know if that is because it's 3 am and I'm exhausted and panicking.
Any advice from the pros here? Thanks in advance!

I am sorry that you are not feeling well.
I had diarrhea in my first week out! Old blood working it's way out...
BUT quite honestly.... I would go to the Emergency!
They will examine you & rule out anything serious!
The peace of mind is worth it!

IN THE END WE ONLY REGRET CHANCES WE DIDN'T TAKE. 
Go to emergency I had a complication while in hospital that sounded exactly the same. I didn't require more surgery...if you are taking blood thinners stop. But I would definitely get it checked out.
