Hey manda. Thanks. The clinic goal was 160 but even though I was 158 at the 6 month mark the doctor was disappointed. Lol. My ?realistic? goal is 140 but my ?special hope? goal is 128. Lol. Unfortunately while I am feeling good in clothes, naked I feel so obese still. My weight as of this morning was 148.2
