I made chilli and then pureed it in the blender. Oatmeal was good as well. I also made butter chicken using chicken thighs. Pureed the chicken thighs with some chicken broth and then heated up the butter chicken sauce and put it on top. It was pretty good. Kitchens of India has a quite low fat and low carb butter sauce that is awesome. Skyr was good and filled me up. Cream of mushroom soup? Love cream of mushroom soup.

Give this a try: http://www.lifemadefull.com/recipe/garam-masala-chicken/

I lived on this during the puree stage, I would put chicken breast into the food processor to break it down and then double the liquid to make sure it was good and saucy.

Also check out the ricotta bake recipe from eggface - it's super popular for good reason.

Carry on kicking butt!

Check out "The World According to Eggface" lots of recipes there for once you get to the puree stage. I hear a lot of people making the Ricotta Bake.

Just don't make too much of anything I've still got 1 ricotta bake in the freezer and just can't get my mind around eating it anymore although it was super yummy.

I was able to tolerate beef, so made mini shepherds pies, with pureed beef (after cooking) and a small amount of mashed potatoes, made me feel like I was eating normal food as my family could have the same but with veggies added.

I never could tolerate pureed chicken, still have some ground chicken in the freezer which i figure I'll just hid in chili the next time I make it. Chili was really good once I got to soft food.
