Hello everyone! I'm 3 months post op. This month has been sooo slow. Weight has been up & down all month long! I'm hoping the stall doesn't last too much longer and I can see the scale going down. I'm not complaining. I'm almost at 200 which I haven't seen in years. I'm happy I haven't had any complications with food or anything. I do forget to eat slow at times or I drink too quickly but my pouch quickly puts me back in my place. My goal this month is to walk/ exercise a lil more and get more water in. How is everyone doing?

Hi there, if you haven't already started you should take regular measurements (I did it monthly and also took photos each month). Sometimes when the scale isnt moving your measurements are!!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

OMG You are so right! I haven't started measuring but my bra's don't fit any more. And my pants are falling off!! I had clothes that didn't fit me anymore and I refused to get rid of & those have come in handy! I will start measuring.

It's hard when you don't see progress on the scale but Ginny is absolutely right. Things continue to change even though the scale is not moving.

Sometimes changing it up can help break through a stall. Different exercise, longer, harder, less, not as hardcore, watch carbs, increase protein, drink more water. Just know that staying the course will pay off and the weight loss will come again.
