HELP TURNING UPPER THIGH INTO MUSCLE

HI, I JUST HAD A T.T ON 11/24& ARM LIFT ON 3/19. I AM ONLY 39 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE HAD A LEAST 7 SURERARY NOT ALL FOR WEIGHT . I HAVE 3 PLS, BUT MY THIGHS LOOK REALY BAD , BUT I DON'T THONK THAT IT IS A GOOD IDEA THAT I GET THEM DONE AND MY DR'S DON'T WON'T ME TO SINCE I HAVE HAD SO MANY SURERY. I WAS JUST WORRING HOW CAN I TURN ALL OF THIS FLOB ON MY THIGHS INTO MUSCLE I HAVE  TRIED DIFFERNT EXCISER, BUT IT IS NOT WORKING I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. I WEAR 5 POUNDS ON MY ANKLES EVERY DAY ALL DAY TO TRY TO HELP BUT I DON'T SEE A DIFFERNT.

Do you happen to have any photos of your thighs or can you say what exercises you have tried.  I think my thighs are screaming for surgery and I work my legs out vigorously.  The ankle weights are not going to do anything for your thighs.

I would recommend side squats, side lunges, and regular squats...all of these can be done with or without weight.  If you can use weight great it will build the muscle faster.
