LBL-prices-results-traveling

Hi everyone! I got the go ahead for my LBL financing last night. I'm guessing it will happen in March. I've consulted with a few people and I've got a short list of my favorites. The thing is I've got about 16k to play with. I'm focusing on LBL as it's my most problem area but eventually BA/BL, arms, thighs. 

 

Dr Steven Smith- around 16 for LBL with Buttaug. Pros- Close to home, no overnight in hospital, I have consulted with him twice and I agree with his techiques and his before/after pictures look good. There are some ppl with lots of excess skin like I have. Cons-I've read a couple reviews on how he is flaky at getting back with you after the surgery. 

Dr Lomonaco- I've seen some of his before/afters as well as a couple from this board. I have not had a consult with him so I dont even know what his prices would be. I would have to stay in the area which means being away from my kids and the additional cost of rooming/flight. 

Dr Ronald L Friedman- Also great before and after pics same issues as Dr Lomonaco. 

Dr. Capella- Same issues as the previous two. I also can't recall anyone who has used him on the board. 

Dr. Maxwell- He is in Nashville and a consult is 150 non refundable. I like his online pictures but have yet to consult with him. His prices are lower than I have been quoted elsewhere. 

 

If you have any input/pictures on any of the above doctors or anyone who does great work and I've missed, I'd love your feedback! 

I've seen Sauceda's pictures on the message board and I'm not really that convinced that I really like his work though his prices are good. 

 

 

Dr Agha is another one I was considering. Forgot to add him in there. 

I love love love Dr. LoMonaco. After losing 200 pounds, my body was a complete mess. Now I think I look pretty "normal". I've been told by people here on OH that I have one of the most impressive before/afters they have ever seen. I am so thankful to Dr. LoMonaco for making me whole again. someday I may get breast implants and an inner thigh lift, but if I don't I am perfectly content "as-is". So thankful!!

I'm surprised by your comment about Dr Sauceda's work.  I've seen pics from most all of his patients, and have never seen anything that wasn't top notch work.   In fact, I'll be going back in Jan for an UBL.  Your 16k would probably get most of your work done with Dr Sauceda...

My quote from Dr Saucedo, whi*****ludes 12 days accommodations was 11,500 for LBL, breast lift & augmentation. I'm saving now and hope to go Jan 2014. Can't wait to get my body back!!!

I'm not saying I've seen every bit of his work but he doesn't have much on his site. and a lot of the group photos are set to private. From what i've seen I'm not impressed. 

If you may be interested in Dr Sauceda - friend some of his former patients and ask to see his work.  Seriously, however, you will have to stay in Mexico for 12 days - he covers all of that if your surgery is greater than $7K.  You could easily get most if not all of your work done for that $16K.  I paid less than that for my LBL/TT (Anchor Cut) Full facelift with upper eye lift, extended thigh lift with Lipo.

 I have been to his OR 3 times and am returning next year for a BL/BA, Thigh Lift (2nd Stage) and UBL.  I have seen all of his work (all that are on the forum) and many in person results and am very impressed. 

If being away from your home and kids is a big deal, probably Dr Sauceda is not the guy for you.

Thanks everyone. You guys have been very helpful. Staying away from 12 days is a problem. I have 2 small children which I homeschool and am the primary care giver. My hubby can take off a week which lets me go somewhere somewhat localish.
