My relize band progress pics from the start!

okay so i try to take at least a pic a week...here they are so far!  I hope these can encourage ppl...i know when i look at them they encourage me!  the first 2 pics are pre surgery and at my highest weight of 275# and a size 26. After pre op diet i went into surgery weighing 261#  and stil a size 26.   The 3rd pic is 2 weeks after surgery and a pic a week there after.  The last pic was taken today 8/24/08 and  is of me in a size 16! yay!

I go in on Thursday for my band. I am about what you were at your before.  Gives me real hope, as I am 35 and have been within 25 pounds (one way or the other) for the last 19 years.  The last time I was a size 16 was in 8th grade!  You look fabulous.  Keep up the great work, I'll be watching for more updates!

I am inspired!  I met with my surgeon today for the first time and we discussed the lap and realize, i decided ion the realize, but still want to do some more reseach.  What made you choose realize over the lap band?
Your pics are fantastic!!  I have lost 30 lbs in 4 months on my 6 month supervised, went from a 26 to a 20, still need to loose at least 125 lbs.............  I pray i can do as well as you ahve done!
