Individual Chocolate Mug cake

As I live alone and have no one to share things with, I got this idea for a mug cake somewhere along the way.

Chocolate Mug cake

1/4c Carbquik   (Like low carb Bisquick - buy on Netrition.com or Amazon)

2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (I use Hershey's Dark)

!/4 Cup Torani Or DaVinci SF Syrup-- flavor of choice

Mix together and add enough water or milk to make a thick pancake batter consistency.- About 2 TBSP

Microwave one minute and check. Keep microwaving in 15 second intervals until cooked. I like to leave the center a little wet looking. My microwave takes about 1:45 seconds. Eat!

How do you like CarbQuik? was going to try it. Any stores carry it?

Just saw this... I haven't been too experimentive with it. I've used it like bisquick, impossible quiche, used it tonight to make a pancake with egg and ricotta. Don't know any local store, Netrition has a flat fee shipping that is very reasonable, and you can always find something to buy....

I make a fat free mug cake for my mom from Trader Joe's.  The mix is 2 tbls of brownie mix and 1 tbls of yogurt.  She loves it.   If you feel like playing around, try replacing your water with yogurt - I'm betting it will make it more tender.
