Buffalo wings ---- sorta

Don't know why but I had a craving for buffalo wings so I searched Pinterest to find something to make with ground chicken. I took ground chicken, buffalo sauce, some breadcrumbs, and an egg. I mixed them all together to make meatballs and baked them in the oven for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Then basted them with a little more sauce and melted margarine (all small amounts) and cooked them 10 more minutes. Of course I could only eat one meatball but they were so yummy and satisfying.

Ive done something like that. The recipe I had was from a paleo website. I dont think had bread crumbs, but did have some blue cheese mixed in. Was delicious.

 

No idea if thats ok for post op, since I'm not there.

Sounds delicious. I will have to try that. I am supposed to start soft food next week but it might be a couple weeks as I can't keep eggs down right now. Thanks
