Craving some crab cakes... any vets have a WLS friendly recipe?

I love Ellie Krieger. I don't see her on Food Network anymore though.

Trader Joes has individually wrapped flouder stuffed with crab.  One makes about 3 meals.  They are so good and the the closest I have found to the real thing.
