I am about 6 weeks from surgery - today I got in the mail the book "Weight Loss Surgery Cookbook for Dummies" Bought it from amazon... and had it in 2 days.

My NUT recommended this book, said alot of their patients like the recipes in this book. Also, the world according to eggface blog has some really good recipes, and Pouch party too. Here are their links.

I love Weight Loss Surgery Cookbook for Dummies. I also really like Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery by Patt Levine. I've tried some great recipes!!

I also have Before and After by Susan Marie Leach. It doesn't have THAT many recipes but it has some really good ones.

Don't forget to look at some low carb cookbooks as well. I have one that has great recipes and high protein contents.

My MIL got me 2 cookbooks for Christmas from Amazon.com: "Recipies for Life After Weight Loss Surgery" and "Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery". Highly recommend both but also on-line sites are a great tool (and free!).
