One of the many small reasons I had RNY

Tonight for the first time in many years our family went roller skating.  I guess it's like riding a bike because it all came back to me and I was zipping around all night.  I loved it and had a great time watching my kids.  Another thing that I would've had to sit on the sidelines for just 2 short months ago.  I am so thankful.  Just wanted to share :)

That's awesome! I can't wait til I'm comfortable enough to wear my roller skates again :) 

Isn't it great to step back into life again!?!  Congrats!

  Isn't roller skating fun? it's such a good work out that I don't even notice, just  enjoying myself for 2 hours to the music and the lights.. not to mention people watching the freaky folks at wumpskate... oh, especially if it's a favorite song too~ that really gets me going.

That's a great thing. You get to be part of life now..not just a spectator.
For me that's been a great gift. I don't roller skate though!

Woohoo!! I went on Thursday night for my first time since surgery too!! I had so much fun zipping around!! I do agree about it being like riding a bike, if you could do it before, you can do it now!!

I had a blast! I'm sure you did too!! :D
