i saw this post on here today and went to the baratric foodie website and this looks just wonderful, BUT I am bout 5 weeks out and wanted to know if the corn and black beans she had in it is ok for me, or should I just leave those out till further down the line. i am on regular diet now but, I am extra extra careful of what i eat. Thanks for any help:)

Hi I would leave out the corn for sure... black beans should be fine :)

Yeah...me and corn are still kinda iffy. Corn on the cob especially.

But for any of my recipes feel free to take out/put in what YOU like. As I always say...play with your food!

Black beans are great!! I had corn early out and did ok, but I have definitely heard or it going bad for people!

How are u doing? Are you feeling better about things yet? I remember you being very upset a few weeks ago!
