I'm having my surgery 4/19! I can't believe it's so close. I'm starting my liquid diet tomorrow. Is anyone else having surgery around the same time? Also, does anyone have suggestions for protein supps?
I used Isopure Zero Carb ready-to-drink (clear liquid), and BioChem Whey Protein powder (full liquid). I still have a glass of the BioChem chocolate fudge flavor (yum!) to jumpstart my protein in the morning.
