I love Fajitas (no shells). Just chicken grilled up with fajita seasoning, onions, peppers, cheese, and salsa. Mmmm

Homemade Turkey chili w/beans, cheese, and sourcream
Turkey Taco Meat w/ cheese, sourcream, and salsa
White Chicken Chili w/ cheese and sourcream
Carving board Chicken (oscar meyer) on a low carb/high protein wrap w/ swiss cheese, tomatoes, and cucumber dip. (so freaking yummy)
Last night I made some loaded baked beans. (my mother makes them all the time but I made them for the first time last night)
1lb ground turkey
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
(cook all these items together and drain)
Add in:
1 can pork and beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can mushrooms
1/2 cup ketchup
1tbsp mustard
1/2 cup bbq sauce.
If you are very prone to dumping, you might want to adjust the levels of ketchup and bbq sauce or sub in sugar free. I used the normal condiments and I was fine. (I do occasionally dump)
All of my go to meals are great to add in unflavored protein powder. You will never know it is in there.

(Sorry... cannot resist commenting that there's not a lot of protein in that "pizza" meal you described... but I know you didn't ask about that...)
I tend to eat a lot of the same things over and over. Some of the ones I have most frequently:
- pot roast
- marinated grilled chicken breasts (on the grill in the summer)
- omelet (usually with cheese and/or ham)
- fajitas (minus the tortilla) -- chicken, peppers, onions, cheese, Greek yogurt instread of sour cream
- beef chili
- white chicken chili
- deli meat and cheese roll-ups
