When Does a Number Two Equal ONE(derland)?

This morning I had my regular Thursday morning weigh-in and was very excited to weigh 201, just short of onederland. At lunchtime I walked at the gym, and, well......uhmm the walking/jogging seemed to loosen up some congealed protein shakes that had gathered in my bowel over the past few days. So when I came home this evening I decided to cheat a bit, and weigh myself again....199.0!!! And that is when a "two" equaled "one." As they say, any port in a storm....David

That's awesome! LOL I keep telling myself that if I could take more #2s it will equal at leat 2 less on the scale :)

Congrats - I am right there with you.  201!!! Trying to get under 200.  UGH

Congrats to you!  I just got out of gallbladder surgery yesterday. Before going in, I weighed 200 lbs. Now after surgery due to water retention etc., I know weight 205...so close but yet so far...LOL
