Nuritional Info on package re: Protien

why is it that when i buy a Healthy Choice, or Lean Cuisine or whatever, the front of the package says a number for protien... like for example 14g Protien, yet when i look at the back of the package in the Nutritional Info says a differnt number for protien?

Same thing on some of the protien shakes and drinks.... im confused, and i never noticed it before until tonight.

I know that the protien mix I bought had 37g of protien on the front but thats only if you add 2 scoops. It also has the stats for 1 scoop on the back.

I have never noticed this with frozen meals though. So far there are only 2 that I can eat that meet my dietary needs at the moment.

Maybe the info on the back is per serving - sometimes those things count as two servings....

Oh duh!  you guys are right!  I neglected to look at the "servings".. i feel stupid now.
