Blood-work back. What are the optimum levels?
So I just got my 3-month labs back and I was told I had normal levels but am wondering if some of them are not where they should be for a RNY'er? FYI-I take Bariatric Advantage Multi Daily and Citrical Petites(Calcium Citrate + D3) 3 times a day = 1500IU Vit D and 1200mg Calcium Total for the day.
