Ok, that's better. I take 2,000 mgs of calcium citrate a day. I buy the Kirkland brand from Costco. If you have trouble swallowing these they disolve fairly quickly in water and then down the hatch. I set a timer on my cell phone to remind me to take them every two hours and then I take my iron a vit C at night. Not a problem.

Well I have been taking the liquid Calc. Citrate from Wellesse w/Vit D3 while waiting on the arrival of my chewable Bariatric Adv. That arrived today and after reading this article I find that both say: Caclum (from Calcium Citrate USP) or Calcium (as Calcium Citrate and Tricalcium Phosphate). I went on the Wellesse website the other day and found that it has 80% Calc Cit and 20% Tri Phos. and just figured I would take a little extra to make up the difference.
So now i am confused why Bariatric Advantage would provide this in this form if we cannot absorb it fully in that form.
