Off topic - Avatar and weight loss ticker

 Hi Good day everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows how to add a pic to my profile or an avatar. All the ones I attempted to add are above the recommended sizes lol. I have no idea how to shrink to fit the pic lol. Also how do I add a weight ticker to my profile? This technology stuff is just to confusing.

As for the ticker - Go to "My Account", then click on "Health Tracker" and then click on the tab for "Tickers and Widgets".
