Search the forum for protein info

 Can someone please tell me how to search older posts for protein and vitamin information? I am starting to go crazy tryin to find info.

On the top right hand corner of the page there is a white box that says search in it.  Just type in whatever you're looking for and click the little magnifying glass.  There will be pages that come up with the words you've searched.  If you're looking for reviews there is a Diet and Nutrition Forum on here that has reviews of all kinds of products.
