I am worried that what started as a great idea for liquid and snacks, may be a poor choice. I buy the NSA 40 calorie pops - are those a poor choice? I eat them at the end of the day after all my protein requirements are met... I am hoping they are not causing an issue!

Those are not bad at all. Think about how much you use to eat. I know i would eat a whole box lol. when i was on ww like a 100 times those were only 1 point. Not an issue

Yummmm.....Fudgecicles!!! Schwan's and Aldi have great SF ones that have 40 cal. My fav treat!

They're fine. I mean don't eat them 24 hours a day, but they're a good treat choice.
