How do you Starbucks???

 Just wondering if anyone goes to Starbucks and if so what in the world do you get??? I have all these gift cards piling up and not that I crave it, thanks to Nik's Salted Carmel Hot Chocolate.  I know about getting things "skinny" but never really experimented with this since prior to surgery.  Any suggestions??? Thanks in advance for the advice if any :) 

I get a grande skinny vanilla latte, but Im open to more suggestions!

I get a skinny chai latte with a vanilla protein scoop mixed in.  DELISH!

They never fail to look at me like I'm a nut for that protein scoop, but trust me it's wonderful in there.

 If you go on bariatric foodie Nik is a member of OH and she always posts fabulous recipes and things.  This Hot chocolate is a protein hot chocolate that is super yummy. Even newbies can have it. it's great.  

Do they all have vanilla protein..or do you supply your own??

All the ones I've been to (which aren't that many) have had it.  You just have to ask.

I just polished off a skinny cinnamon dolce latte.  Mmmm...

Sometimes I have them add a scoop of protein powder but I didn't this time.
