Just remember that potatos are carbs that turn to sugar. If you are freaked out about food, and believe me I know exactly how that feels, make sure what ever you make is moist. I made chicken drumbsticks in my crockpot last week, I put them in with some low sugar marinade and they were really yummy, fall off the bone easy to eat. That was the first time I had had chicken in a long time, because chicken made me throw up. I also found this weekend that if I ate grilled chicken with either gucomole or sourcream, it was easier to eat and made it moist as well. You will get over the freaked feeling, I am still little by little retraining myself. Good luck.
