Just got home from the hospital today after having my surgey on the 6th.  The doctor said it was a textbook surgery and that I was a perfect patient  :)  I feel pretty ok now, i just get a little pain after eating or drinking anything too heavy, like water or my isopure drink.  This is normal, right?  Other then that , my stomach isn't too bad at all.  Just a LOT of gurgling and noise making LOL.

I am only 2 weeks out, but I had the same experience. Water hurt going down the first week. I still can't drink it cold, It has to be room temp. I found the thicker liquids felt better in the beginning for me. As long as its room temp there's no pain at all.
