Possibly Dehydrated

I think I just had a small dehydrated spell.

The week prior I had problems keeping things down (I think due to eating too fast), and I'm pretty sure lacked in the water replenishment department. I try to get my 64oz in, but it's been really hard. Anyways, we're in the middle of all that heat wave mess and I went to the gym on Monday. I didn't feel so swell when I got out, and Tuesday morning felt horrible (really nausiated). I didn't feel so hot this monring, but better than yesterday. I tried increasing my fluids and that seemed to help.

Is this going to be an ongoing problem for me? I feel lame calling into work and trying to explain dehydration to one of the supervisors

Thanks for your time.

Dehydration is my big concern. I never do anything without a water bottle in my hand. I find that I am getting more than required right now and hope to never slack off.

Do you keep something with you at all times? Thats the only recommendation I can make.. Before surgery if I had something in my hand that was edible I put it in my mouth so now I have water in hand so that takes the place of the food I would have stuffed in there.

We can live without food but we can't live withou****er for very long.  Think of it this way and maybe it will help.  How do you think the fat gets flushed out of our bodies?  Drink more water and flush more fat!  Its a win, win if you ask me.
