Personal goal met!!!!

When I weighed myself today I met one of my goals. 200 pounds lost since I started the WLS process on 9-24-2009 and 140 pounds lost in the 13 months since surgery!!! 1.5 pounds to go to my next goal which is half my starting body weight. Pardon me for gloating but GO ME!!!!!

That's amazing! You should be sooo proud of yourself! Congrats!

Thsnks!! I had a stall recently and was getting discouraged but the weight started falling off again abput 2 weeks ago.
