Feeling very tired
Since the juice helped, it might have been low blood sugar. How often have you been eating? Are you getting lots of protein? Eating some protein with every meal?
Could possibly be low iron, too. Especially if you lost a lot of blood during surgery. Are you taking iron?

I had mine done on June 3rd and was very tired for a long time. Sometimes I actually had to lay down at work and take a nap. I have a bit more energy now but I just found out that the omeprazole I've been taking at the same time as my iron is inhibiting the absorption of the iron. Low iron makes you tired as well. Also remember, you've just had major surgery so it is normal to feel tired.

Very normal to be tired early on. I didn't get energy bac****il 5 weeks out and was pretty good about getting my vitamins/liquids/proteins in, so sometimes chalk it up to the MAJOR surgery you just had and take it easy!
