Bariatric Advantace B-complex

Does anyone take this? I am tired of mixing it with my protein drinks cause it tastes nasty, but I'm afraid to swallow it cause I don't want it to get stuck, lol. Anybody here swallow it whole and when did you start swallowing it?

I din't take B complex, but I take D, biotin and colace.. and I swallow them all just fine.

I bought it at my surgeons office at my 10 day post op appt and they said I could start taking it whole right away (since it is water soluble). Doesn't give me any problems, feels sticky going down but it's never gotten stuck. Hope this helps!

I swallowed pills just fine about 12 hours after my surgery. I cut any super big pills in half for a while after surgery, but otherwise I just swallowed them whole.

i started taking them 1 week after surgery....i have no problem swallowing pills.
