1 Month Post Op RNY and only 9 pounds???

I usually have 3 shakes a day giving me 75 grams of protein and my nut said my goal is 72. My protein pre op was around 100+ and that it's not good for your body to up your protein because your body can't keep up with processing it. I've seen plenty of people on here that have up to 150 g a day. My liquids are good too. I'm going to start keeping track of food intake now so I can get my calories up.

I have been keepin track of my measurements on this site for awhile and see that I have lost some inches and my body fat is down 11%. :)

Thanks everyone! It's good to hear someone is experiencing the same thing and others with experience to keep me motivated!

It wasn't until I got my calories up to around 700-800 that the pounds began to drop.

Update! I'm down 2.7 lbs this morning so I'm going back to weighing myself every Saturday.
