Update on hadn't lost an ounce on presurgery diet

I went to the surgeon's office today for a weight check.  I was down 5 lbs!  Yay me!  Either the scale at the hospital was off or my body didn't let go of the weight until this week.  I guess it doesn't matter which, just so long as I lost that 3-5 lbs. 

Thanks to everyone for the kind words and the suggestions.  I really appreciated the help.

Surgery is on for Monday.  Wish me luck!

Congrats!! Sometimes the scales are fickle, or maybe it's our bodies playing games with our heads. Just stay the course and the weight will come off. Remember to use a tape measure once a month, because when the scale becomes stubborn again you'll often see results on the tape measure.
