Off I go to the hospital...

 I am shaking.... and freezing, and wondering if I am really doing this.... I am trying to stay calm and collected and I am a nervous wreck!

I understand the jitters, mine is Thursday and I was fine all the mths dieting and testing but the day I got my approval I started to get nervous.  Not as nervous as my husband though.  I know it is normal to have these jitters, I always do when I have surgery.
