My surgery was the day after yours but it was lap. I've been doing them about a month now. Could have done it earlier I'm sure but laziness kept me away.

6 weeks after a laproscopic surgery not sure about open though!?I wld think it was comparable to having a c-section but not real sure how long u have to wait after that either.

I was told 8 weeks from my Doctor, but I felt ready at 6 weeks so I did light crunches and didn't strain myself. At 8 weeks he said I was ready and could not injure myself now everything was healed.
