Anyone have pointers on a stuck gas pain?

I don't know what did it, but there is a spot on my right side, kind of where you'd get a "stitch" from laughing too hard, that keeps a constant ache today. I've had gas-x and papaya, but nothing doing.

I'm trying to drink some water and have been able to eat light, but this pain just won't go away.

Trying lying on your bed and making bike-riding patterns with your legs ;)  Isn't that what we did to help our kids???  LOL

Sorry, I am still pre-WLS, you can feel free to get me back when I am having the same problem ;)  BUT don't you want to try and see if it works???
