It's HOT!

Auugghhh....I am dying! It is sooooo hot out. Ok...well really only like 92 but us Washingtonians are frying up here! I am SO thankful for my RNY though b/c with the weight loss I feel better and don't sweat NEARLY as much, which in itself is amazing!!!! Another reason to love my RNY.

102 in Texas....just went for a swim (swam laps) and feel so much better and getting stronger every day. Took sweating out of the equation Love my RNY too

I hear ya Lindsey - I am in Oregon and dieing as well.. Unfortunately I am still pre op, but tomorrow is the big day! 

Us NW'ers are so wimpy when it comes to heat!  But then again most of us don't have the luxery of AC in our homes and pools in the back yard... 

I am sure it will cool off soon -- or at least I will be too wrapped up in pain to think about it LOL 

i will be moving to Oregon some time next year,, the one thing i am looking forward to is the weather change,,it's 8 PM here in alabama and still 94 degrees with 60% humidity
