Bathroom Issues

 I take half a dose a day.  The label says 1 capful is a dose so I do half a cap.

Thanks, I may give it a try.  It's funny, I have a cat with kidney problems and have to give him Miralax 3 times a week.  I'll try just about anything to get me back to regular.

i eat a little canned fruit or some watermelon and thats gets things moving for me

I take my iron every other day (I know, not the best) or else I absolutely cannot go and I start getting extremely uncomfortable. I have tried colace every day and herbal tea, but in the end I have figured out it is the iron that does it.
