fried chicken - i was wondering if anyone ever indulged in a small piece of fried chicken once in a while? and do you eat the skin? would be nice to have a piece down the road ...

whey protein crisps from gnc - i was wondering if anyone has tryed the whey protien crisps from GNC ? thye look pretty interesting you can eat them right out of the jar and you can cook and bake with them also....

stomach muscle - how long does it take for your stomach muscles to stop being sore? im 3 and half weeks out and i noticed the more im moving around the sore they get .. and the coughing doesnt help...
