Inches LOST!!!!

 I went for my one week check up 3 weeks ago and had lost 14lbs.  I don't go bac****il the 29th, but my hubby measured me 4 weeks ago, so we measured again today....28 inches LOST!!!!  Crazy, huh!!!!!

Geez, that is great. I never took measurements. Maybe I should just in case a stall happens. What an awesome accomplishment.

 We also took pics the day before surgery and every four weeks we will take them again.  Today was 4 weeks and the difference in the pics is AMAZING!!! I plan on posting them, but not for like six months.  I want to have them inline as I go along. We just sat and looked at them and kept looking at each other saying "wow what a difference" LOL!  It is very odd having weight drop this quick. I probably wouldn't have taken measurements either, but my sister and I are doing this journey together and she told me I should, so I did :-)  Thanks Sis!!

Good for you!! I'm 3 years out now and still take my measurments regularly. Pounds can fluctuate, depending on the time of the month, but taking my measurements helps to keep me on-track.
